11am - Victoria Park 'Piping in the Park' where pipers and drummers take part in an informal Jam Session.   The main aim is for the players to have fun. Come along and shout out a tune and we'll see if anyone can play it.

of Pipers & Drummers in the South West of England as part of the Bideford Festival of Piping & Drumming.
